Rencontrer des personnes en situation de handicap au sein de l&#8217;entreprise renforce l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 de la sensibilisation.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p><strong>Embauche de travailleurs handicap\u00e9s :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;embauche de travailleurs handicap\u00e9s demeure le moyen le plus efficace de sensibiliser. Les entreprises de plus de 20 salari\u00e9s sont tenues d&#8217;embaucher au moins 6% de travailleurs handicap\u00e9s. L&#8217;objectif est de favoriser leur recrutement, leur insertion et leur maintien dans l&#8217;emploi.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lutte contre la discrimination :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 l&#8217;Obligation d&#8217;Emploi des Travailleurs Handicap\u00e9s, le lieu de travail demeure le principal endroit de discrimination envers les personnes handicap\u00e9es. La lutte contre cette discrimination doit commencer d\u00e8s le processus d&#8217;embauche, en veillant \u00e0 ce que les travailleurs handicap\u00e9s ne soient pas rejet\u00e9s. Des actions constantes de sensibilisation et des entretiens r\u00e9guliers sur l&#8217;int\u00e9gration et les conditions de travail sont n\u00e9cessaires pour maintenir un environnement bienveillant.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p><strong>Id\u00e9es cr\u00e9atives pour la sensibilisation en entreprise :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ateliers de mises en situation : Simuler des entretiens d&#8217;embauche ou vivre une journ\u00e9e en fauteuil roulant pour comprendre les d\u00e9fis quotidiens.<\/li>\n<li>Caf\u00e9 signes : R\u00e9unir les collaborateurs autour d&#8217;un caf\u00e9 o\u00f9 le service se fait en langue des signes.<\/li>\n<li>Ambassadeur : Inviter des personnes en situation de handicap, comme des athl\u00e8tes paralympiques, pour partager leur exp\u00e9rience.<\/li>\n<li>Serious Game : Utiliser des jeux en ligne pour sensibiliser aux diff\u00e9rentes situations li\u00e9es au handicap.<\/li><\/ul>\n<div><br><\/div>\n<p><strong>Accessibilit\u00e9 en entreprise :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;accessibilit\u00e9 d&#8217;une entreprise repose sur sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 accueillir tous ses usagers, employ\u00e9s, prestataires ou clients, ind\u00e9pendamment de leur handicap. Des am\u00e9nagements, tels que l&#8217;accessibilit\u00e9 en fauteuil roulant, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour les personnes malvoyantes, l&#8217;\u00e9clairage ad\u00e9quat, des sanitaires adapt\u00e9s, des portes accessibles, sont n\u00e9cessaires pour assurer une accessibilit\u00e9 trans-handicap. Les entreprises neuves doivent respecter ces r\u00e8gles, tandis que celles construites avant 2007 doivent r\u00e9aliser des travaux d&#8217;adaptation. Des sanctions, y compris des amendes et des peines de prison, sont pr\u00e9vues en cas de non-respect des r\u00e8gles, contr\u00f4l\u00e9es par l&#8217;inspection du
